Foundation Day: Life on Norfolk Island

In 1788 the first Englishmen and women stepped foot on Norfolk Island and established a settlement.  This weekend, was the anniversary of that day, and along with a ceremony and speeches there was a re-enactment. With Mr. Rugby there in official capacity, I ended up spending most of my time chasing a wired three year old, who was intent on getting soaked, and doing his best to interrupt the ceremony, and so didn't get the photos I wanted to, but I can point you in the direction of someone who did, whose photos are just beautiful, and that is Michelle from Norfolk Exposure.
