“High mists and Sedgleands ” was painted with big snowy skies and snowgums on my mind. A painting that says that Winter is here and making a statement. The painting is about a love for that feeling of being alive when you are in the mountains, of feeling invigorated and free. It represents that a feeling more than anything, one of both freedom and the bracing feeling of fresh mountain air.
